Every ABATON journey begins with a personal inquiry. Once you get in touch, you will receive detailed information together with a booking form. A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. Your journey becomes binding once the minimum number of participants is reached, or at the latest 90 days before departure. We recommend waiting for your official booking confirmation before making any further travel arrangements.

Each journey includes:

• All private jet flights, departure and return at the designated base airport
• Luxury ground transportation
• 4- and 5-star accommodation
• Daily breakfast, selected lunches or a packed lunch, and dinners
• All curated experiences and excursions as outlined in the itinerary
• A personal journey host and full travel coordination throughout
• Taxes, handling fees and service charges

Not included: personal expenses, optional excursions beyond the programme, visa fees, and travel insurance.

Our journeys are designed for discerning travellers who value unique, comfortable and beautifully curated experiences. Due to the nature of private aviation and some of the activities involved, they are not suitable for guests with severe claustrophobia or a strong susceptibility to motion sickness.

Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies or mobility restrictions before booking. Due to the nature of some destinations and activities, our journeys may not be fully accessible to all guests. If you have mobility challenges, or are affected by claustrophobia or motion sickness, please speak to us in advance so we can advise whether a journey is right for you.

Each guest may bring:

• One checked bag, max. 20 kg
• One personal item or small carry-on, max. 5 kg

Because of space constraints and the multi-stop nature of our journeys, we ask all guests to pack efficiently. Additional luggage must be requested in advance and may incur an extra charge.

We work exclusively with certified private jet operators and experienced flight crews. All aircraft meet the highest industry safety and maintenance standards.

If the minimum number of participants for a journey is not reached, ABATON reserves the right to cancel it. All payments already made will be refunded in full. You will receive your final booking confirmation once the journey is secured, at the latest 90 days before departure.

A 30% deposit is due within 7 days of your booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or another accepted payment method. Fees arising from international transfers are payable by the traveller.

ABATON JetJourneys GmbH is a registered and licensed tour operator based in Germany and meets all legal requirements for European tour operators, including statutory insolvency protection under the EU Package Travel Directive. With every booking, you receive a Sicherungsschein (travel security certificate) as legally required, so your payments are protected.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel cancellation and interruption insurance, as well as international health cover including repatriation. Travel insurance is not included in the journey price.

Every traveller is responsible for ensuring their passport, visa and entry documents meet the requirements of all countries visited. We are glad to advise on what is required, but we cannot handle visa applications on your behalf.

If you need to cancel, the following fees apply:

• Up to 120 days before departure: 30% of the journey price
• 119 to 90 days before departure: 35% of the journey price
• 89 to 60 days before departure: 55% of the journey price
• 59 to 30 days before departure: 80% of the journey price
• From 29 days before departure, or in case of no-show: 100% of the journey price

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. You are welcome to provide evidence of a lower loss, in which case a reduced fee may apply. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
